Bandwagon Labs offers the following “Best Price Guarantee”. If you have signed a quotation with Bandwagon Labs and then show us that you can obtain the same scope of work from a similarly verified metaverse builder at a lower rate that is verifiable via official documents with verifiable and contactable contacts, we will, at our sole discretion, either match that rate or credit the difference in credits with Bandwagon Labs, Bandwagon Live, or Bandwagon Media to your account.

Submitting a Claim

Please collect the following information for the Best Price Guarantee claim.

• Your Quotation or Invoice.
• Official documents containing the details of the scope of work, better rate, contact details of the service provider
• Proof of email communication between you and the competitor service provider

A valid Best Price Guarantee Claim must be submitted by email 1 week before the commencement of the project by Bandwagon Labs to claim the Best Price Guarantee.

Terms and Conditions

1. Our "Best Price Guarantee" applies to confirmed bookings only. Our quotation must have been signed off and returned to us by email at least 72 hours before submitting a claim.

2. The following conditions must apply to the lower price submitted:

• Same scope of work
• Same parcel size
• Same metaverse platform
• Same sized building and scene
• Same in-game mechanics (if applicable)
• Same streaming hours
• Same community moderation
